The deadline for registration is one week prior to the scheduled workshop.

Registration will close when the number of participants registered number 20. You will receive a confirmation letter with directions and hotel information following paid registration.

We accept checks, money orders, and PayPal. CLICK HERE to view payment options.

Advanced Registration: Payment must be received one month prior to the scheduled workshop.	Part 1 & 2	$375.00
Normal Registration: Payment must be received one week prior to the scheduled workshop.	Part 1 & 2	$400.00

Please complete the form below to register for Doula Training workshops only. Upon receipt of your registration form, we will contact you via snail mail, e-mail, or by telephone to confirm that there is space available in the workshop you are registering for.

Once we have confirmed your registration, we will hold your place in the workshop for 5 days. If we have not received your payment within 5 days, we will assume you will not be attending and assign your space to the next person.

If you are interested in registering for Childbirth Education classes, please call the Cleveland Clinic Foundation at 440-312-4647.

If we cancel the workshop, we will refund 100% of your registration fee. If you cancel within two weeks before day one of the workshop, we will refund 100% of your registration fee. If you cancel anytime after two weeks of the first day the workshop begins, we will refund your registration fee less a $50 cancellation fee.
